Permanent Lights Calgary provides professional lighting installation services for residential and commercial properties in Calgary and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and service area limitations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on final design, site conditions, and customer requirements.
• A deposit may be required before installation begins.
• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

Late or non-payment may result in interest charges, collection actions, or legal proceedings.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee.

4. Warranties and Liability

We offer a limited warranty on products and workmanship. Specific terms will be provided in your service agreement or invoice.

Permanent Lights Calgary is not liable for:

• Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications;
• Delays or damages due to weather, supplier issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure);
• Pre-existing issues with electrical systems, structures, or materials not installed by us.
